Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unsatisfied with products you purchased from AOXOR, you can return your item(s). Please note that our return policy applies only to purchases from www.aoxor.com. If your item(s) were not purchased directly from our website, please initiate communication on the same platform as your original purchase.

RETURN POLICY
• Items purchased can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• No Returns on sale/clearance items.
• We can NOT accept returns of bras, underwear, socks due to hygiene purposes.
• Please wear your own underwear underneath the returned items for hygiene reasons.
• Please ensure that the items are in the condition it was packaged and sent.
• Returned items must be new, unused and unwashed with clothing tags attached as original.
• The return is subject to denial if there are stains or excessive wrinkles.
• Items covered by animal/human hair or smells such as smoke, deodorant, cologne can NOT be accepted.
• We take no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us.
• Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds.
• If you’d like to exchange for different items, please return the items and place a new order for it.
• If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us with a photo attached and we will walk you through free return or exchange.

RETURN
• Option 1 – Use our automated system to create a paid postage label. USD4.99 will be deducted from your refund for using this service.
• Option 2 – Alternatively, you may ship your return at your own cost in any manners you choose to:

REFUNDS
• As soon as we receive the returned items and if there is no issue from the inspection, refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment. It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on the buyer’s credit card statement. This depends on how long it takes the buyer’s bank to process the transaction.
